At Mindcare Training, we’re committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Who we are
Mindcare Training is a small company offering MHFAEngland courses and a wellness series. These offer guidance and training to support and promote positive mental health. Our vision is to uphold the value and worth of each individual and improve and promote positive mental health which we will do by working with companies to deliver our bespoke courses.

We obtain information about you when you use the website, email, telephone or correspond with Mindcare Training, for example when you contact us about products and services.

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address. If you purchase a product from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third-party
payment processors, who specialise in the secure online capture and processing of credit /
debit card transactions.

We process this data to supply the goods and / or services you have purchased and to keep records of such transactions. Our lawful ground for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and us and / or taking steps at your request to enter into such a contract. - User Data that includes data about how you use our website and any online services together with any data that you post for publication on our website or through other online services. We process this data to operate our website and ensure relevant content is provided to you, to ensure the security of our website, to maintain back-ups of our website and / or databases and to enable publication and administration of our website, other online services and business. Our lawful ground for this processing is our legitimate interests which in this case are to enable us to properly administer our website and our business.

- Sensitive Data refers to data that includes details about your physical or mental health, race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual orientation, trade union membership and armed forced background. We require your explicit consent for processing sensitive data, so when you submit your details you will be asked to provide your consent for this processing.

Who has access to your information?
We will not sell or rent your information to third parties. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your booking information will be translated to MHFA England for the purposes of a centralised delivery service and registration of you as a MHFAider. Please see MHFA England privacy policy.
Third Party Service Providers working on our behalf: we may pass your information to our third-party providers, agents, subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf (for example to process payments and send you mailings). However, when we use third party service providers, we disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the service and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not use it for their own direct marketing purposes.
Please be reassured that we will not release your information to third parties for them to use for their own purposes, unless you have requested us to do so, or we are required to do so by law, for example, by court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime.

We may need to request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your personal data or to exercise any of your other rights.
This is a security measure to ensure that personal data is not disclosed to any person who
has no right to receive it. We may also contact you to ask for further information in relation to your request to speed up our response.
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take
us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made a number
of requests. In this case we will notify you.

Data retention
