Aims of this session
- To understand “stress and burnout”
- To acknowledge the relationship between stress and our mental health
- To introduce the “stress container”
- To reflect on “Three Circles of Emotional Regulation”
- To reflect on our own health and wellbeing by looking at the “Great Dream”
At the end of the session, you will be able to:
- Recognise the main signs and symptoms of stress and burnout
- Be aware of your own vulnerability and stress signatures
- Be mindful of your own wellbeing
