Aims of this session

  • To understand the 6 Human Needs and how they are affect our behaviour.
  • To look at the 5 Love Languages and how they influence our personal relationships
  • To reflect on one of the key principles behind successful relationship

Session outcomes

At the end of the session, you will be able to:

  • Clearly identify your own needs and how they impact your relationships
  • Know your language(s) of love and recognise the difference in others
  • Start to implement the key skills to relationships at home and in the workplace
