Terms of Service
Mindcare Training reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Customers are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and advised to read terms before booking.
Mindcare Training prices are subject to change. Unless the customer has made full or part payment their agreed prices are not set to change.
All bookings are subject to availability of spaces and relevant resources.
All Terms and Conditions are accepted at the time of booking both for online and phone booking.
Reservations made online can be transferred to any individual who is eligible to attend. It is the customer’s responsible to notify Mindcare Training in writing 24 hrs before attendance.
In the unlikely event it becomes necessary to change the venue of your training. We will notify all candidates via email, text or telephone at least 24 hrs before the start of the course.
All customers must provide Mindcare Training with a valid phone number and email address to secure booking. It is the responsibility of the delegate to check the spelling of their personal information such as name, address, phone number and email address are accurate on all forms and register at the training centre or website.
Free cancellation within 24 hrs of booking. A charge will be associated with cancellation.
- 21 or more working days from course start date = 25% charge
- Between 11 and 21 working days from the course start date = 50% charge
- 10 or less working days from the course start date = 100% charge
Places can be deferred to a future course in consultation with Mindcare Training
No refund will be issued for non-attendance on a course.
All booking confirmation emails are sent automatically to customers. If you have not received the joining instructions within 24 hrs of your booking, it is the responsibility of the delegate to notify Mindcare Training. 100% attendance is mandatory; any late arrivals are not accepted.
No Refunds will be issued for non-attendance of courses
Under this policy, you may cancel your purchase of the course within the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the contract of purchase is concluded. This is called a “Cancellation Period”. Note that if you redeem your voucher during the Cancellation Period, you expressly request us to begin providing the course materials and you acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel the purchase of the course and get any refund for it.
In case you decide to cancel your purchase of a course, it can be done in the following way:

If you cancel the purchase of a course within 14 calendar days as mentioned above, we will refund you for all payments made as a part of your purchase within 14 calendar days from the day we accept that you are entitled to a refund.
We do not tolerate any sort of unacceptable behaviour or abusive language towards staff or other candidates and such behaviour will lead to exclusion/cancellation from the course for which you will not receive a refund.
Candidates will be responsible to pay any awarding body charges for replacement certificates. Mindcare Training accepts no liability for misplaced certificates.
If a course is booked for a corporate client at their location, at a training provider’s premises or any other site the same terms and conditions apply in relation to rescheduling, refunds, resit fees etc.
Please note: Under the Sales of Goods Act/Distance Selling Act/Consumer Contracts Regulations time-specific services such as training and examination events/courses/sessions are exempt from statutory refund rights.
