  • To understand the power of identity at home and in the workplace
  • To learn the 4 keys to our identity
  • To understand what causes our identity to change
  • To get clarity on our identity no matter what our circumstance

Session outcomes

At the end of the session, you will be able to:

  • Begin to clearly define your own identity and see the congruence of it through work and home life.
  • Be able to reflect on your values and beliefs and how they shape your identity
