Session Aims:

  • To explore our understanding of trauma.
  • To understand the impact of trauma on ourselves.
  • To learn how to respond in a crisis situation.
  • To explore how Vicarious Trauma can impact us.
  • Learn some strategies to manage Trauma in ourselves and supporting others.

Session Outcomes:

  • Have a greater understanding around Trauma and it’s impact in ourselves and others.
  • To have some new tools and strategies to deal with Trauma.
  • To have reflected on the impact of Trauma upon ourselves and learn some self regulation strategies.
